An Undressed spread is designed to delight, nourish and disappear, but the menu is only one part of the composition. The creative direction extends well beyond the table into the many elements that bring people together. 

Every brief is shaped individually. Rather than applying a house style or fixed package, I interpret the idea at hand, folding together food, form and the right collaborators to create something particular to the brand or occasion.

Undressed can lead the whole picture or contribute one part of it. Either way, every occasion is shaped from scratch with an emphasis on feeding people well.
